The Duvoisin preamp is a pur active preamp that can be associated with Duvoisin pickups only.
The preamp only needs 3 Volt (2x 1,5v AA Batteries) to work. NEVER, NEVER connect it to a 9v battery, you would inflict irreparable damage.
