Deluxe

The Deluxe model built by Cortex Bass has a 3 layer body sandwich, inclusive of a precious wood top, a dark or light laminate and a solid wood body generally made of either mahogany, walnut, ash, red willow or alder.

The Deluxe model is further noticeable by by the quality of the wood of the neck of the bass. Such woods as caramel or chocolate flamed maple, walnut or mahogany come as standard for the model, but options are possible, as purpleheart, padouk or quilt maple.

Finally the Deluxe model stands out because of two more features: The matching headstock and the active electronics / pickups choice.
